A loyalty programme in a mobile app

Points, tier and personal offers live in the phone, not on a plastic card left at home.

People see how much they have saved up and what it will buy — before the purchase, not after. The offer lands because it is about something they already use, not a blanket discount for everyone.

  • no card needed — it is in the phone
  • you can see what the points will buy
  • offers that fit, not sent to everyone

What's inside

There are several mechanics and they combine: points, tiers, passes, personal offers.

Points

Earned and spent by your rules, with limits by item and by date.

Tiers

What it takes to move up and what each tier gives — visible to the customer, not buried in terms.

Passes and balance

Packages of treatments or sessions and a prepaid balance live in the profile.

Personal offers

Built from purchase and visit history rather than sent to everyone alike.

Family access

Points and terms cover a family from one profile — where that makes sense.

Card in the phone

A code on screen replaces plastic at the till and at the door.

How it works

The rules are described once and then run themselves: the app counts, not a person at the till.

We gather the rules

What earns points, what spends them, where the limits are and how tiers work.

We connect the till

Earning and spending happen where payment happens, so the till and the app cannot disagree.

We switch on offers

We set who gets a personal offer and on what occasion.

Questions about loyalty

We already run a bonus scheme — will it carry over?

Yes, if its system can hand over balances and accept transactions. The app then becomes one more window onto the same scheme.

Will points be spent at the till?

Yes, when connected to the till system. Then nobody has to choose where exactly to pay with points.

Can we limit what points are spent on?

Yes: by category, by item, by share of the bill and by expiry — as you decide.

Are a pass and points the same thing?

No. A pass is a paid package of visits or treatments; points are an accumulated discount. In the app they sit side by side and do not interfere.
