Connecting the app to your systems

The app shows what actually exists: availability, prices, schedules and orders come from the systems you already work in.

Nobody runs into the app saying one thing and life saying another: booked an hour that does not exist, ordered something that ran out. The connection to your systems exists for that trust.

  • the app shows what really exists
  • no booking of a taken hour
  • no ordering what is gone

What's inside

There are four directions and they are switched on separately — not all at once.

Management system

Catalogue, stock, prices and customers — in both directions.

Till

Orders reach the till; payment and bonuses do not disagree with the receipt.

Booking system

Schedule and reservations sync while staying in your system.

CRM

Enquiries and customers land where you run sales.

File exchange

Where there is no interface: scheduled exchange of exports.

A bespoke interface

If the system is home-grown, the link is built to its protocol as separate work.

How it works

A ready connection is part of the work; rare and bespoke systems are quoted before we start.

We look at what you have

Which systems, what interface they offer and whether there is a test environment.

We agree the rules

What comes from where, who wins on a conflict and how often the exchange runs.

We connect and verify

We check the data on live records before launch, not after.

Questions about integrations

Which systems do you already work with?

Those with an integration interface: management systems, tills, booking systems and CRM. The exact list depends on your industry — name yours and we will answer plainly.

What if the system is home-grown?

Then the connection is quoted separately: we need a described exchange scheme or access to a test environment. This is exactly the case where a person leads the assembly, not a robot.

How often is data refreshed?

From almost immediately to hourly — it depends on what your system can do and what is actually needed.

What happens if the system is unavailable?

The app keeps working on what is already loaded, and actions queue up and go through once the connection is back.
