Mobile app for a hotel and a guesthouse

Booking takes a minute, the key lives in the phone, and breakfast or a late checkout is ordered from the room — with no queue at the desk.

The hotel stops sharing its guest with a booking platform: they arrive directly, with no commission and none of its rules. Early check-in, late checkout and room service are sold in the app rather than at the desk.

  • bookings without platform commission
  • services sold in the room
  • the guest is recognised on return

What's inside

Start with booking and check-in — services, late checkout and loyalty arrive in later versions.

Room booking

Categories, free dates and price — confirmed at once, not by an email enquiry.

Online check-in

Details and payment are entered in advance; only the key is left to collect.

Key in the phone

Where the locks support it, the app opens the room itself.

Room service

Breakfast, housekeeping, transfer and spa are ordered from the phone, not on an internal line.

Late checkout

An extension is checked against occupancy and confirmed without a conversation.

Guest and loyalty

Stay history, favourite room type and points — in the guest's profile.

How we launch

The robot assembles booking and the guest profile from ready modules right away. Connecting your property management system and the locks is led by our team; after that the app lives on a subscription.

We connect the property system

Rooms, rates, occupancy and bookings come from your PMS.

We build the guest area

Booking, check-in, services and bills come together on one screen.

We publish and support

We release in both stores. Support and updates continue in the subscription, without separate invoices.

Let's build
your hotel's app

Tell us about your customer scenario — we'll suggest the right modules and the scope of the first release.

Questions about a hotel app

Will the app connect to our property management system?

Yes, if the PMS has an integration interface: rooms, rates and bookings sync, and the app shows real occupancy.

What about booking platform commission?

A booking in your own app goes directly, so in that channel there is no platform commission.

Is a key in the phone realistic?

Yes, if your locks support mobile access. If not, the app brings the guest to the desk with check-in already done.

What does supporting the app cost?

There are no separate invoices for support. The hotel pays the subscription — technical support, store updates and improvements are included.
