Customer profile and signing in to the app

Signing in by number or email takes seconds, and after that the app remembers the person: their orders, bookings, documents and points.

There is no password to invent and no form to fill in before ordering anything. A person signs in by number and everything they have is there — history, documents, points, their car or their pass.

  • sign-in without a password or a form
  • history and documents at hand
  • their own things where they belong

What's inside

A profile holds more than a name: each industry keeps its own objects in it.

Sign-in by number or email

A code instead of a password — faster and fewer reasons to abandon halfway.

Personal details

Name, contacts and consents — with the ability to change and withdraw them.

History

Orders, bookings, payments and enquiries in one place.

Documents

Contracts, reports and certificates sit in the profile, not in a chat thread.

Personal objects

A car, a pass, a pet, a family member — whatever your scenario is built around.

Several locations

One profile across the chain: nobody registers again at each branch.

How it works

Sign-in and profile are shaped around what you genuinely ask for — extra fields drive people away.

We choose the sign-in method

Phone number, email or both, with a confirmation code.

We describe the profile

Which fields are needed, which are required and what a person can change themselves.

We add personal objects

A car, a pass or a pet's card — whatever matters in your trade.

Questions about profile and sign-in

Do people have to register just to look around?

No. Catalogue, services and prices are visible without signing in — a code is asked for where it cannot be avoided: ordering, booking, points.

Whose data is it?

Yours. Customer data belongs to the business; we process it so the app works, and on your instruction.

Can someone sign in on two devices?

Yes, there is one profile and as many devices as they like.

What happens when a profile is deleted?

A person can ask us to delete their data and we do. What remains in your own management system is decided by your policy.
