About the company

We make it possible for a business to have its own app — without a year of development, an in-house team and invoices for support.

What we do

Lingon assembles mobile apps for business out of ready modules. A catalogue, ordering, online booking, a loyalty programme, notifications and messaging — this is assembly from what already works for others, not development from scratch.

A simple app is assembled by a robot: you choose the scenario and the first version appears right away. Where integrations, non-standard screens or particular logic are needed, a person from our team takes over — an automation is not allowed that far.

After that the app does not stand still. It lives on a subscription: we keep it in the stores, update it for new versions of iOS and Android and add what we ship for everyone. The business does not need to hire developers just to keep the app working.

We have been doing this for years: the platform Lingon is built on serves customer apps for dealerships, clinics, salons, clubs and venues — from a storefront and booking to payment, loyalty and messaging.

What we believe

An app is not worth having for its own sake. It makes sense when life gets simpler for the person holding the phone: booking without a call, seeing their own bonuses, collecting an order on the way. So we start from what the customer feels, not from a list of features.

Second — a business should not pay for the app to keep working. Support, updates for new versions of iOS and Android and improvements are part of the subscription; there are no separate invoices for them.

Third — the app should belong to the business. The name, icon, content and customer data are yours; in the stores it appears as a standalone product of your company, not a section of someone else's storefront.

And fourth: it is better to start small. One working scenario that solves a real customer problem beats a twenty-screen app nobody opens past the first page.

How it is built

  • The web part of the app — React and TypeScript, running in the browser and inside the mobile shell
  • Mobile apps — Dart and Flutter, compiled to machine code and published to the App Store and Google Play
  • Offline: actions taken without a connection are not lost and reach the server once it returns
  • Notifications and campaigns — push, email and SMS from one place, by event or by list
  • Messaging between customer and business — our own messenger, not a thread in someone else's channel
  • Analytics, loyalty and payments — modules of the same platform
