Included in the subscription

  • Technical support — no separate invoices and no cap on requests
  • Updates for new versions of iOS and Android, including changes to store rules
  • Platform improvements: what we ship for everyone reaches you too
  • A place in the App Store and Google Play under your developer account
  • Storage of the app's data and running the server side

Paid separately

  • Building scenarios that are not in the modules — quoted before the work starts
  • Integrating a system with no ready connector
  • App store fees: Apple and Google charge the account owner
  • Sending SMS and email: the campaign tool itself is part of the subscription, while carriers and the email provider are paid at their rates
  • Card processing and telephony — at your providers' rates

What the price depends on

On the set of modules and how many scenarios run in the app. A storefront with online booking and an app with payment, delivery, loyalty and a link to the accounting system are different amounts of work.

On integrations: connecting to systems we already support is part of the work; rare and in-house systems need a separate estimate.

On the number of sites: a chain of salons or clubs with a shared membership is arranged differently from a single location.
